How to place an Online Order:

	Step 1: Click on any of the gray "Order Now" buttons located on the far right side of the screen (as indicated in red by the sample image on the left.) The buttons will appear in the same place on any military service page you select.
Step 2: Fill out the form starting at the top and work your way down. You will need to scroll the page down to fill in all the needed information. Be as precise as you can. If you need help with the form or have questions about the form call us at 1-866-699-2642 during our business hours 10am to 3pm PST or send us an email. (Note: If you don't find what you are looking for listed under either of the Virtues, it may not have been added to our database or it may have been removed because it wasn't being used. It does not mean that it is a Custom Icon. Custom Icons are those that are single time use, like personal photos. If you cannot find what you are looking for or are not sure that what you want is a Custom Icon or not, then call and ask, or send an email, and we will get back to you.)
	Step 3: Click on the "Add to Basket" button near the bottom of the page.
Step 4: Click on the "Checkout" button located on the upper right of the page between "Cart" and "Help" buttons.
	Step 5: Fill out the information on this page. An Email address is needed to send an online receipt. Name and Address are needed for Billing and Shipping. The Phone Number is needed in case there is a problem with your order such as missing or possibly incorrect information. Please make sure you enter this information correctly.
Step 6: This is where you select the type of payment. We only have one option here, so click on the "Continue To Next Step" button.
	Step 7: Click on the box next to "I agree to the Terms and Conditions." to put a check mark in it. Then, click on the "Submit Order To Us" button.
Step 8: At this point we have received your order but not a payment. Enter your Credit Card Number and Expiration Date and then verify your Billing and Shipping information.
	Step 9: Click on the "Submit Transaction" button to complete your Online Order.
